180. A person is not required to repay the amount of the benefit granted for a month under the Social Assistance Program in consideration of the fact that the person resided with his or her father or mother or parents or one of them who was a recipient under a last resort financial assistance program or the Basic Income Program if the benefits of the father or mother are subsequently claimed in full for that month. The same applies if the amount of the benefit was established following an erroneous statement from the parent regarding the amount of income received under the Old Age Security Act (R.S.C. 1985, c. O-9).
